I am working on this pink floyd illustration, i've got a few more things to add, i just wanted to show an update

So, there's more to my story now. I call this part, "Set Forth Into the Control Room", It's basically about Syd entering a place run by gnomes, and he drinks a cup of something magical and he hallucinates. Next part, he is finally going to travel through time and to another planet. You can read up on it @ http://www.bloo-apple.com/syd

In other news, I started working on a pink floyd illustration. I got a good start, but I almost feel like adding more, will be too much more. I just got to wait til my creative juices start up again.

Part 7-
While Syd was enjoying the Cacti, a giant shadow creeped over him. Above in the sky was a giant flying predator. It was called a delphin, few of them existed, but they hunted in the air and could swipe down and gobble anyone up with one chomp. They were nicknamed chompers, and blood killers by society. They were Green, with red glowing eyes, one could grow to be as big as house. It could take a troop of town officers down in minutes. Usually they minded there own business, but every so often one gets loose. When you saw one, you knew to hide. Luckily Syd was in the black barley fields, from the air it would be hard to be spotted. The cacti didn't know what was going on and was still trying to play. It howled as everyone was running away, Syd stood motionless. The chomper gave out a loud squealing cry, and began to circle the fields. It came down, closer to the fields and was hovering above the field. The cacti ran out of the field, syd looked around, his heart was beating audibly. He could hear the delphin yards away. It had landed and was walking, the cracking sounds his feet made was making syd shake. He saw it's face, and he began to walk slowly away. Turning it's head, it saw Syd. Motionless, Syd didn't know what to do for a second. The cacti was back, and began to growl at the blood killer. It turned it's attention to the cacti, and Syd ran for his life. Syd began to run, and it was chasing him. Hoping over logs, and running through the thick barley, he ran. It was only feet behind him, then after running for a minute, he saw Crayon riding a white and black checkered cow. Help Syd cried. Crayon came to the rescue and rode over on his cow. It was the fastest riding cow he had, it ran over to him. "Quick! Get on!" He said. He jumped on its back, and they were able to get run off far into a distance where the blood killer couldn't find them.

Wondering if today would be the day, if she will show me where to find a cow, Syd opened his window for a feeling of adventure. I'll just have to wait. A cow would be so great to have, riding it where ever I go. Looking out his window, seeing the sun rise. Watching it drag itself into they gray sky. Hoping she would come over and show him the way. Cows, salmon, grass, and dandelions, blue skies, he wanted it to experience it all. It was breezy and cold outside, Syd lit a fire in a fireplace, to stop the shivers. As mid-day passed, Syd shut his blinds. Watching the sun hang in the sky made him realize, he wasn't going anywhere today. It was evening and he thought of water droplets falling from the sky, that his mother use to tell him about in stories before Vesta became a waste land. Why am I here? he wondered. There has to be a place thats warm all the time, a place where I can have salmon friends, and not be so lonely. Earth looks so wonderful, he thought as he flipped through the photographs he had. The stories of earth, kept him home, rumors said that it was condemned. His kind were banned from going there. Vestian Scroll, says that ones from earth are evil. A race separated by fear, he may never go to earth even if he knew the way. He wanted to go, but was afraid that society would reject him for wanting that. I hate living here, he told himself. Living in a house in this dessert planet. Life shouldn't have to be so dull. Syd didn't watch todays sunset, it reminded him that today was a waisted day, he turned his back as the 2 suns sank into the ground.
